Zhong Yaoyao is a descendant of Zhong Zhengyang, and one of the Heir of the Zhong Family alongside her younger brother, Zhong Ziming. She later accompanies Chen Fan on his journey in order to learn under a reincarnated grand cultivator and form relations between Chen Fan and the Zhong Family.

Unlike her brother, she is very wise, decisive, and ambitious. She serves Chen Fan willingly and states that he is the key to her reaching new heights as a cultivator. However, she also knows that her life was forfeited to Chen Fan the moment she left the Zhong Family and constantly reminds her brother that they have to work hard in order to not just reap the rewards of serving a reincarnated grand cultivator, but to also survive.
She serves as a role model for her brother Zhong Ziming and constantly covers for him when he misspeaks or isn't decisive enough in his decisions.
Background[]
She came from a prestigious family in Linyang Star alongside her brother, Zhong Ziming, which is known as the Zhong Family, who's ancestor is a Soul Formation Cultivator. Before joining Chen Fan, she was the First Goddess of the Tiannan Upper Academy. Her reputation was so high that Zhong Ziming believed he would be content mooching off her and her future husband for the rest of his life.
