Tong Shan is One of the Chen Fan’s Body Guard and one of the Guardians of the North Qiong Sect. He was a Refined Corpse Puppet that was formerly owned by the Young Master of the Demon Wizard Cult, before Chen Fan had killed him and took Tong Shan.
During the time Chen Fan was missing, he was taken by Immortal Cang Qing somewhere in the Universe.
He is the one who beat and cut the arm of Master Yokota.

Tong Shan was formerly a Martial Arts Master from Southeast Asia, until he offended with the Demon Wizard Cult and then later killed him. His corpse was then refined by the cult using the Copper Armor Secret Art, which involves on melting copper and putting it inside the muscle of the corpse. His corpse was then easily manipulated by the cult to do their bidding, and later gave it to their Young Master as his bodyguard.
