The Immortal Feather (羽生仙/Yǔshēng Xiān) is an Immortal Treasure originating from the Immortal World and was used by the son of the Azure Emperor in his previous life.
Overview[]
The treasure's appearance look similar to a caterpillar, but it's red with green spots. If one wants to use it, they have to allow the treasure use you as their host. But when it senses the death of the host, it will spit out a lot of red feather silk to help the host to be reborn and the time spent in the process is proportional to the host's qualification.[1]
The Immortal Feather is too powerful, which can even directly affects the Universe. The Immortal Feather was also formerly a plaything used and left by the Ancient Immortals, and there is only one existing in the Universe itself.[1]
It doesn't have any attack power, but it's natural existence itself is in the peak stage of Void Returning. So if one wants to feel it's existence and try to finding it, they must reach the corresponding realm itself. It is also said it will be attracted by many Spiritual Herbs and Spiritual Plants of the Ten Thousand Sect Cultivation Method, which what makes the Azure Emperor able to obtain it.[2]
It is also said it will be obtained by opening the boundary of the Myriad Demon Galaxy to let it collide with the Pan Gu Galaxy, The True Essence produced from the event may be able to make the Immortal Feather appear.
Past Life[]
The Azure Emperor of the Five Elements Immortal Sect obtained this treasure in an unknown location in the Universe using his Wood Elements Technique and Body. When his son inherited his title, he gave this Treasure to him and it inhabited him and used him as a host.
After Chen Fan killed the son of the Azure Emperor, the Immortal Feather breaks out and spits a lot of red feather silk forming a cocoon around him and helping him reborn once again. A few centuries later, the cocoon turns into a more golden colored.
But many thunders were striking everywhere in the Universe, this was Chen Fan's Divine Tribulation and his process of ascension to the Immortal Realm, and by that time the son of the Azure Emperor has yet to be reborn and the ability of the Immortal Feather was immediately taken by Chen Fan after he failed his tribulation and died.
When the New Universe was created due to Chen Fan's rebirth using the Immortal Feather's ability, it directly affected the New Universe after he was reborn and creating the reality of the son of the Azure Emperor's sudden death.

Due to both the Azure Emperor and his son's early death before obtaining and receiving it, it is currently unknown of where it is located. But since Chen Fan wanted it so that he can revive Fang Qiong, Yue Yinbai already got a clue as to where it is and giving it to him.
