The Divine Roll is a list similar to that of the Dark Roll and Heaven Roll that ranks all the Divine Realm/Immortal State Warriors in the world. It was created by the Special Case Department/International Association for Managing Super Humans, but was later taken over by the CIA.[1]
It was first published a hundred years ago, but closed in 1950 (60 years from the present time) as many Immortal State Warriors left the public scene due to the advent of nuclear weapons.[1]
It was later revealed that the Dark Duke was the one who managed the original Divine Roll a hundred years ago back when Immortal State Warriors were abundant and played key roles in the public eye.[2]
The list reopened again on the morning of March 12, 2010 by the CIA as a sub-category of the Dark Roll, with the only one on the list being Chen Beixuan, and later on other Divine Realm powerhouses.
