Dao Fusion is the 7th stage of cultivation. This realm is also called Dao Reunion. The title given to cultivators who have reached this stage is "True Immortal" or "Perfected Immortal". Cultivators of this stage have a lifespan of over a million years. It touches the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth. In the entire universe, there are characters at the apex of the ten thousand races in the starry sky, just waiting in this realm to try and reach the true peak.
Overview
In the Universe, one can only be called an "Immortal" after entering the Dao Fusion level. It is also the stage where a cultivator can glimpse into the legendary "Immortal Realm", in which if successful in comprehending it, can reach the transitionary stage and attempt to ascend into it.
No one has ascended the universe for hundreds of millions of years, and it is almost believed that the Immortals are only legends. A Dao Fusion Perfected Immortal is the existence standing at the top, and one person is enough to garrison a top superpower. In fact, among the Nine Great Immortal Sects, it is said that only one or two true immortals garrison the low-ranking sects. A single Dao Fusion cultivator alone would be able to eradicate galaxy fleets and exterminate entire races on their own.[2]
The natural strength of a Dao Reunion Perfected Immortal is such that if one died, it would cause strange stirs in the universe that have been collectively named “Fall of a Deity”, and would be visible to everyone in the universe.[3] However, it is extremely rare for a Dao Fusion cultivator to die as not only are they extremely powerful, but they can live up to millions of years.
Dao Fusion cultivators typically reside solely in the Central Galaxy World as notable individual powerhouses or the leaders of major sects. All of the Nine Great Immortal Sects possess multiple Dao Fusion cultivators, with even Elders and Grand Elders, as well as some talented disciples is in this level.
Difficulty
The Dao Fusion realm is one of the most difficult cultivation stages to reach. Those who have achieved it were rarely seen in the universe and it would be considered lucky to have one appear in 10,000 years. In Chen Fan's previous life, he was the only one to reach this stage in five centuries.[4]
It is unknown if there are any active Dao Fusion cultivators in the Tiannan Star Province, but considering how all Dao Fusion cultivators have only been found in the Central Galaxy World it is assumed that there are not due to the low aptitude that most people possess from there as well as the lack of resources needed to achieve it.
In Chen Fan's past life, he revealed that even this level of power was attainable using the highest level of post-modern science. He recalled how there was once a civilization so scientifically advanced they found a way to mass-produce beings on the level of Dao Fusion cultivators. However, before they could fully utilize this method the civilization was exterminated by the combined efforts of several Dao Fusion cultivators who had caught wind of the news.[5]
Immortal Fetuses and those possessing unique bloodlines such as a True Dragon Bloodline have a far greater chance of reaching Dao Fusion, with it being relatively easy or guaranteed as long as the cultivator had enough resources.[4]
